SecurCloud connects hardware from multiple manufacturers in a single interface. This means that alarms, positioning, video, and procedures speak the same language – and that the right information reaches the right person directly, without manual intermediaries.

Yes. SecurCloud handles both internal communication with colleagues and external alarms to the alarm centre in the same flow. It is possible to control who receives what information depending on the situation and settings.

Yes. The platform can be customised according to the business's needs – from action routines and recipients to which functions are active. Settings can be updated continuously directly in the system, without anyone needing to travel to the site.

Personal Alarm

A personal alarm is a safety device and an aid for staff who work alone or may find themselves in vulnerable situations. With the press of a button, you can call for help in case of threats, violence or accidents, either manually or automatically.

Personal alarms are used when there is a risk of threats, violence, or accidents at work. They are common in social services, healthcare, care, schools, and other activities where staff meet people in sensitive situations or work alone.

When the alarm is activated, position and event data are automatically sent via SecurCloud to selected recipients. No one needs to call or explain the situation – the information is already in place.

The alarm is forwarded directly to the alarm centre, colleagues or both, depending on how the solution is configured. Position is displayed automatically and recipients can act without delay.

It depends on how the solution is set up. The alarm can go to internal resources such as colleagues nearby, to an external alarm centre, or to both simultaneously.

Yes. Personal alarms use GPS outdoors and can be supplemented with indoor positioning via beacons in environments where satellite signals are insufficient.

Yes. Many personal alarms support features such as man-down, fall alarm and timer alarm, which means that alarms can be sent even if the user cannot press the button themselves.

When the alarm is activated, the information is automatically forwarded. The position is displayed immediately and the right people can act without the person triggering the alarm needing to explain the situation. The alarm can reach colleagues nearby, the alarm centre, or both simultaneously.
