In SecurCloud, you handle the entire lifecycle of your personal alarms. Link alarms to the right person or group, check status, and update response procedures directly in the portal. Your changes are sent immediately to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), without manual intermediaries.

You can also activate internal alarms between colleagues, choose free text in messages, and control whether alarms should stay internal or be forwarded to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

Real-time notification

When someone is in distress, there is no time for delays. SecurCloud provides immediate notification when an alarm is triggered or when a person stops responding.

Notifications can be sent via SMS or email to internal teams, managers, or other contacts, so the right people get the right information immediately.

Live Tracking and Alarm Reception

If needed, you can monitor connected GPS devices in real time. For operations with their own internal alarm function, there is an operator view where incoming alarms are handled directly in the system.

Here you can acknowledge alarms, make notes, test alarms, and follow events live. In case of actual alarms, live links can be automatically sent to preselected recipients via SMS or email.

History and traceability

All events can thereafter be reviewed and investigated. This provides full traceability after incidents, but also serves as a tool for analysis and improvement.

By looking at history, you can identify patterns, strengthen routines, and work more proactively with safety, rather than just reacting when something has already happened.
