AJAX DoubleButton is a wireless panic alarm developed for situations where an alarm must be completely intentional. To activate the alarm, both buttons need to be pressed simultaneously, which minimises the risk of accidental alarms and gives recipients full confidence that the alarm is genuine.
How it is used in reality
DoubleButton is often used in environments with high demands on security and verification, such as shops, banks, receptions, healthcare, and surveillance. It can be carried in a pocket, around the neck, or discreetly mounted under a counter or desk. When activated, it can both send a panic alarm and trigger scenarios such as sirens, locks, or other automatic actions in the Ajax system.
