AJAX EN54 ReX
AJAX EN54 Fire ReX is a wireless, addressable range extender that expands coverage in an EN 54 fire alarm system. It provides stable communication between the EN54 Fire Hub and the system's devices – even in large or difficult environments – and can be connected wirelessly or via Ethernet for extra operational reliability.
How it is used in practice
EN54 Fire ReX is used when the facility is large, has thick walls, steel/concrete, or multiple floors. With up to 5 ReX in the same system, you can significantly extend the range and ensure stable alarm communication in, for example, warehouses, parking garages, schools, and office complexes. It enables both fire devices and selected intrusion/automation devices to operate reliably throughout the entire property.
